TMI, LLC’s growth accelerated in 2007 with two key acquisitions. In September, TMI, LLC acquired a state-of-the-art PVC extrusion company, with a capacity of 60,000 lbs of PVC per day. Later that year, TMI acquired Flexbarrier Products, a Georgia-based manufacturer of roll-up bug screens, roll-up security doors, strip doors, industrial partitions, and modular enclosures. These two acquisitions allowed TMI to expand its leadership position as a manufacturer of PVC products, as well as giving TMI two strategically-placed production and distribution locations in Ohio and Georgia.
