“Quick-Screen” Free Standing Portable Weld Screens
TMI has a complete line of “Quick-Screen” portable welding screens that protect workers from UV flash and welding sparks. Quick-screen weld screens can be built in minutes, and can easily be moved and expanded to create custom configurations.

Features

• Frames are made of durable, 18 gauge steel with rust-resistant, black enamel finish
• Each weld screen includes (2) 18” feet for added support and stability. Add casters for even easier portability.
• Screens attach together without the use of tools or hardware. Screens fasten to frame with wire ties (supplied).
• Widths and Heights are transposable, so any screen can be used either vertically or horizontally.
• All corner pieces have a built-in stop that allows the screens to be moved without coming apart.

Material Options
Welding Grade Transparent Vinyl – 14 mil flame retardant vinyl provides protection from harmful UV rays and sparks. Available colors include yellow, orange, gray, blue, green, and dark green shade 8. 
Olive Drab Cotton Duck – 12 oz. flame retardant cotton Duck is opaque and blocks all flash and harmful rays, resists flame, water and mildew.      
Laminated Vinyl– Opaque, fire retardant material blocks all flash and harmful rays.

Optional Components                                                                                   
Screen panel connector system joins single, modular using either two or three-panel connectors to form multi-sided enclosures, in-line dividers, or safely enclose on four sides. Screen Panel Connectors are easily inserted into the hollow square steel frame.

TMI’s “Ready-Weld” curtain rolls allow users to make their own Welding Curtains. These are perfect for enclosing large welding areas. Each curtain comes in a 5’ wide x 75’ long roll. Grommets are placed along one 75’ length on 12” centers, allowing users to pull of the material needed.

Heavy-Duty Free Standing Weld Screens
TMI has a full line of heavy-duty, premium free standing weld screens. TMI uses 7/8” thick steel square tubing for added strength and stability. Weld Screens can be made in single panels or in multiple sections attached with durable, hinged corner brackets. Feet and casters are available

Each PVC Weld Screen is securely hemmed on all 4 sides by an electronic welding process, eliminating frayed edges commonly involved with traditional sewn hems
 
Welding Curtains are securely fastened to each steel frame with zip ties, allowing for quick replacement. Grommets are placed at 12” centers to eliminate ripping and tearing.

PVC screen material meets the Flame Resistance Code of the California State Fire Marshal.

Each Free-Standing Weld Screen has a 6” gap from the floor to the bottom of the frame for added safety and air flow. Free-standing portable screens are custom made to your specifications.

Optional curtain materials include Aztec Red/Orange, Yellow, Charcoal, Dark Green, Blue, and Shade-8 Dark Green. Blue Opaque NFPA 701 fire rated vinyl screens also available
