Die Cutting and Flash Cutting

Custom die cutting is available for applications requiring large quantities of special size pieces. TMI has 5 die cutting machines including a fully automatic traveling head press, a beam press, a roller die, and 2 clicker dies. The automatic machines can handle pieces as large as 40'' x 60'' and can punch up to 600 cycles per hour. Quantities can vary. No minimums required. Call for details.

Flash cutting utilizes a pneumatic tool head that precisely cuts exact shapes based on a CAD drawing loaded onto its onboard computer. This machine makes it possible to quickly and accurately cut custom pieces with complicated angles and specifically located holes.

Using a master sheet or roll, we can cut custom sized pieces up
to 60'' wide and 116'' long. The state-of-the-art flash cutting machine will nest the cut pieces in a way that minimizes scrap. It can cut PVC material from thicknesses of .004'' to .250''.
